LolliShops Support Group

Your place to speak freely about LS.

I had started my shop in January and had one of the scoop deals, 15 items I believe! I haven't done a thing to my shop in the last couple of months, but thought, since I paid for these listing (I was thinking they were good until they sold???) I was going to just keep them there and see if anything would sell.

Last night I visit Lollishops and, my shop is GONE! I never got an email or anything, wouldn't you ask a paying customer if you wanted to continue or if you have any questions regarding the ANYTHING???

I am slightly (putting it lightly) annoyed by this.....

Does anyone remember the time frame we got with the listings? I have to see if I have a saved email or something somewhere!
Thanks,
Sugar!

I believe it was 6 months for the first round of subscriptions

4 months...so if you opened shop after January 4th, items should not be deleted, nor should your shop.

In addition, if you paid for that, you have the payment receipt from paypal so I would surely be in contact with Lollishops, Inc...it would appear that you are deserving of a refund.

The same thing happened to my sister's shop. She opened at the end Jan and listed the same items she had in her Etsy shop. Then she decided she didn't want to worry about double selling her one of a kind items and deleted her listings. She sent LS and email telling her what she did and that she was working on a new line geared just for lollishops. Then, not a couple of weeks later, right after the fee change her shop was gone and she couldn't even log in. That was just a couple of days after I contacted LS to close my shop. She knew we were sisters, so I've always wondered if my closing shop made LS do that. My sister just let it go because she figured if that was the kind of company she was dealing with she didn't need the headache(she already works 40+ hours a week at her job) and she would just stick to one selling venue.

The same thing just happened to me. I took this print screen on the payment policies before they changed. I had listings left. I am pretty pissed.

I wonder if SLW has a good lawyer lined up.

Just file a grievance through PAYPAL. Since it was a subscription, maybe they can try and get the money back still?
I think she did it because the window with PAYPAL is closed to get your money automatically refunded. It's an easy way for her to stop losing the money with people filing claims against her.

The service was offered for 6 months, so if your listings are not appearing, you are due a full refund in my opinion.
Try Paypal first and then if you paid with a CC try the CC company. There are ways.
