I watched the thread from the moment it was started on etsy- even commented to the OP that they should post that on lollishops and not etsy (even though i really didnt care).

When I saw Sadie start attacking people on etsy, I immediately started watching the lolli forums.... just to see if anyone would start discussing it- and they did.

I also saw the thread pop up from sadie asking for input.

I could not believe how fast she lost it! it was like a pot starting to boil and then it just boiled over! I was reading replys and refreshing and then all of a sudden the replied started disapearing as I would refresh to read more!

So I posted- why are you deleting peoples replies? and over and over deleting and deleting!

I was going back and forth between etsy and lollishops and then POOF- the forums were ghost.

You know- Im one of the top sellers on etsy- I just passed my 7000th sale. When i applied to Lollishops i got an almost immediate response with a "you are exactly what Im looking for!". I was hyped- I was excited to find a new venue to bring my traffic to- but when it launched- I was disapointed. MY BUYERS WERE DISAPOINTED. They could not find me there! the categories SUCK. The search SUCKS. The graphics and sizing SUCKS. The font SUCKS. Everything is just YUCK.

From the day of launch I listed about 30-40 items total in my shop- views were almost nonexistant. I never bothered promoting my shop there because I knew people would never GET IT. The site is just ALL WRONG.

So i continued to drive people to my etsy shop and gave up on lollishops. All the while, i watched all of you keep speaking up- trying to help her make her site successful- and she just threw fits and pouted when people would tell her the truth.

Unless someone got screen shots before she took it down, that would be great.

I'm afraid everything that was on the Lolli forums is gone forever, Sadie completly deleted it all.

This is a public group open to anyone affected by the LS situation (ex-vendors, current vendors, and anyone else interested) I used the same web address as the public LS forums because I thought more people would be able to find us. I also snagged the web address for the private LS guild, but haven't done anything with it yet.

As for a private group for vendors I believe Mia Bella set one up in the indiepublic website, there is a link in the "interesting links" forum thread.

In the forums here we have posted links to the 3 closed forum threads on etsy and we have another for all the memorable quotes from this weekend and before. I warn you though, the first forum thread from etsy is 75 pages long, but is reads fast, like a trashy novel. :)

I witnessed the Etsy meltdown, but would love to read the lollishops forums!
